Payments

Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and digital assets created by BritDesigns remain the property of the company until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership and rights are transferred to the client.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary materials, and timely approvals to ensure the efficient execution of the project.
Revisions & Modifications
Each service package includes a defined number of revisions. Any additional changes or requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to deliver high-quality results, BritDesigns shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use of our services.
Third-Party Services
We may integrate or utilise third-party tools, platforms, or services as part of our work. BritDesigns is not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third-party providers.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. Any refunds, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
